CONVERT WINDOWS HOME BASIC TO WINDOWS HOME PREMIUM (new re-uploaded link)

                Today iam telling about how to convert WINDOWS7 HOME BASIC look to WINDOWS7 HOME PREMIUM look.As we all know windows7 basic doesn't support themes since it is not having the PERSONALISE option in it.

                                                     The above problem can be solved by installing a small file that i have been attached below.By installing the file we will be having the PERSONALISE option in it and alsowe will be able to install different themes.
