I have got a trick for free and fast browsing in mobile.Downloading is supported for small files and for downloading you have to use proxy sites such as "hidemyass.com".I think downloading will be possible only with mobile sites.You can also check some other proxy sites for downloading by just searching in google.
=>intialize it using paid gprs connection.
=>Then goto:menu>settings>handler menu>network settings>settings{click and change "change me"to"achusoft.tk".
=>if the real host proxy provided with this is not working in your area,then change that with the working real host proxies in your area.[real host proxies are the home pages working free in your area]

=>then save the changes made in the handler menu of ucweb
=>open then type the proxy sites you are going to use in the url
eg's:http://www.interrobangpath.org,http://www.hidemyass.com,etc
=>then type the sites that u need to go for downloading in that proxy sites.
=>there is no need of proxy sites if u are not downloading any content,u can browse freely by just typing at url inside the ucweb itself.
