As we all know DoT in india has blocked some torrent sites and some other video sharing sites,here is solution for the problem.Just use below proxy sites for accessing the torrent sites.
You can also use the application provide by the site TUNNEL BEAR
To use the above site you have to sign up in that site and should obtain user name and password from that site.
After obtaining the user name and password,open the application and wait till it sign in to the account.
Then turn on the switch in the application.
BY USING THE TUNNEL BEAR YOU CAN USE ONLY 500MB EVERY MONTH.

I have noticed that tunnel bear is not working fine in some of the networks.So an alternative choice for that is to use add ons in mozilla or google chrome.The name of an add on which helps us to access the blocked sites is MAFIAAFire plugin.
First of all install MAFIAAFire plugin by:fire fox>>Add-ons>>search for MAFIAAFire 0.9.
After installation restart your browser for perfect integration of plugin with the browser.
Then in the address bar type "https" instead of "http" for accessing the blocked sites.
